Considerations: A
Weather: a. Stoppage of play will only result if lighting or severe weather is present. B
Liability: a. VTOC and 1st Annual Gatorade® Sand Volleyball Tournament will not be
held liable for any health related incidents. Players will compete at their own risk and supervision. b. Players will sign a consent form to participate in the
event. When they sign the form it
will hold them liable for everything that may happen. C
Injury: a. VTOC will have emergency personnel present and on call for any medical emergencies. b. Once again the consent form waives all liabilities to VTOC and
the 1st Annual Gatorade®
Sand Volleyball Tournament. D
Stoppage of play: a. Consistent time rules will be held and enforced to ensure completion of tournament to no stoppage of play. b. In case of stoppage due to weather, tournament may be postponed or moved to the next day. E.
Financial a. In case of insufficient funds in a participant’s checking account, they will be dismissed from the tournament. b. To fill the empty space a new team will be added from a
waitlist. |
