Event: Volleyball Tournament Organization
Company will be holding the 1st Annual Gatorade® Sand Volleyball
Tournament. When:

$30 per person (includes shirt with registration)
$35 per person late fee registration Requirements: Age 18+ Rules:
2-on-2 Sand Volleyball, best out of 3 games to 11, referee own game Prizes:
League A (Advanced) ~ $150 cash League B (Intermediate) ~ $50 Mall
Gift Certificate League C (Beginner) ~ Spalding Volleyball Misc. Info: There will be 20 sand volleyball courts on site. 200 applicants will be accepted so get your registration in A.S.A.P. You will place yourself into one of the three leagues on registration form. Drinks will be available which are generously donated by our sponsors. A consent form must be signed at check in. Failure to report on time will result in an automatic forfeit and the loss of a nonrefundable registration fee. Registration: Registration with fee (check only please) is due by May 10,
2002. Registration forms can be
